Centaur Brother Doug Hein passed away

It is with great sadness that we note our recent discovery that Centaur Alumnus and former Highwayman, Doug Hein, passed away on June 21, 2014, at the Washington, DC, VA Medical center. It was only through a random search that we discovered his obituary Douglas Hein’s Obituary on Manitowoc Herald Times Reporter. Once ready to jump into most any club activity, Doug’s memory had been failing some years ago. His family did not reach out and may not have known of his fraternal associations. Those who knew him well will remember him fondly.

Centaur Brother Gary Floyd passes away

It is with a heavy heart to announce that Centaur Brother Gary Floyd passed away last evening on Monday, July 22, 2013.

Although many never had an opportunity to meet or know him, Gary has been alumni for a number of years and was always a true Centaur. Gary was the senior living member of the Centaurs with over 40 years of service to the club.

Gary was known for many years for his time at the Leather Rack, first with Dick Cogan and later with Jim McGlade. Please keep Gary and his family in your prayers.

The club will post memorial services once they are learned.
